Billing policy

Straightforward monthly billing.

These terms explain recurring charges, plan changes, cancellations, refunds, and billing support. Effective October 7, 2026.

Monthly plans and automatic renewal

Starter is $29 USD per month, Growth is $59 USD per month, and Pro is $99 USD per month. A paid subscription begins when Stripe confirms checkout and renews automatically each month at the then-current price until it is canceled. There is no long-term commitment or early-termination fee. Any trial, discount, promotion, or applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

What the subscription covers

One subscription covers the business workspaces owned by the customer account, up to the selected plan limits. Monthly AI allowances are shared across those owned workspaces, reset on the first day of each month, and do not roll over. Reaching an AI limit does not create an overage charge and does not remove access to saved work.

Changing plans

Use Account, then Subscription & billing, then Manage billing to review available plan changes in Stripe. Before you confirm, Stripe displays when the change takes effect and any prorated charge or account credit. Your access updates after Stripe confirms the change and Local Marketing Manager receives the billing update.

Canceling

You can schedule cancellation online through Account, Subscription & billing, and Manage billing. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, paid access continues through the date shown in Stripe and the Local Marketing Manager billing page. The subscription will not renew after that date. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or saved business data.

Refunds and billing corrections

Except where required by law, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins, and unused time is not automatically prorated when you cancel. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or connected to a confirmed service failure. We review those requests individually. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method; Stripe and the financial institution control when the funds appear.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may ask you to update the payment method or complete authentication. Paid features may be limited or paused while the balance remains unpaid. Starting a second subscription is disabled while an existing subscription still needs payment attention, helping prevent duplicate charges.

Receipts and payment information

Stripe securely processes payment information and provides receipts and invoice history through its hosted billing tools. Local Marketing Manager does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Billing support

For a billing question, include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not email a full card number, card security code, bank password, or other sensitive financial credentials.
