Terms of Service
Clear expectations for using the service.
These terms apply to beta, complimentary, invited, and paid use of Local Marketing Manager. Effective October 7, 2026.
Who provides the service
These terms are an agreement between you and JCC MARKETING AND PRINTING L.L.C., which operates Local Marketing Manager at mylocalmarketingmanager.com. References to “Local Marketing Manager,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms refer to JCC MARKETING AND PRINTING L.L.C.
Eligibility and account access
You must be able to enter a binding agreement for the business you represent. Keep your sign-in information secure, provide accurate account details, and notify us if you believe the account has been misused. Beta, complimentary, invited, and paid access may have different limits, but these terms apply whenever you use the service.
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that begin when Stripe confirms checkout and automatically renew each month until canceled. The price, included limits, any discount, and any applicable tax are shown before payment. You authorize the recurring charge when you confirm Stripe checkout. There is no long-term commitment or early-termination fee.
Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can review plan changes, update payment information, and schedule cancellation through the Stripe billing portal opened from your account. Stripe shows the effective date and any proration before confirmation. End-of-period cancellation leaves paid access available through the displayed date and prevents the next renewal. Except where required by law, monthly charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins and unused time is not automatically prorated. Your business information
You confirm that you have permission to provide the business information, branding, links, images, prices, and other material you add. You keep ownership of that material. You allow the service to process it only as needed to provide and improve the beta.
Review every AI draft
AI-generated marketing may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing names, prices, offers, dates, claims, spelling, intellectual-property rights, and required disclosures before using anything. The app does not publish campaigns automatically.
Responsible marketing
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited content. You are responsible for following advertising, email, texting, consent, opt-out, platform, and industry rules that apply to your business and audience.
Regulated gaming, social casino, and sweepstakes marketing
If your business markets social casino, sweepstakes, real-money gaming, wagering, or another regulated gaming product, you must accurately classify the business and provide current audience-age limits, permitted locations, required disclosures, prohibited claims, official-rule requirements, and platform authorization status. You must review every draft before approval or publication. The service does not determine legality, verify a license, provide legal advice, or grant permission from Meta, Google, Apple, any regulator, or any other platform. You remain responsible for obtaining qualified advice and every license, certification, written permission, and approval required for each audience, location, channel, and campaign.
Connected services
Stripe, Instagram and Meta, AI providers, booking platforms, email providers, hosting, and storage services have their own terms, availability, and policies. We are not responsible for a third party changing, limiting, suspending, or ending its service. You authorize us to exchange the information needed to perform an action you request through a connected service.
Our service and intellectual property
Local Marketing Manager, its software, design, branding, and non-customer content belong to JCC MARKETING AND PRINTING L.L.C. or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while the account is permitted to access it. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the service to build a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Service availability and limits
Features, providers, and usage limits may change as the service develops. The service may experience interruptions, delays, or data loss and is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Keep copies of marketing materials and records important to your business.
Suspension, cancellation, and account data
We may limit, pause, or end access for nonpayment, misuse, legal or security risk, or a material breach of these terms. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically delete the account or saved business data. Data-access, correction, and deletion requests follow the Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Local Marketing Manager provides marketing workflow tools and AI-assisted drafts, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, licensing, or compliance advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCC MARKETING AND PRINTING L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be shown in the app, posted with a new effective date, or otherwise communicated as appropriate. Use Help & Feedback while signed in for questions, or email jose@jccmarketingandprinting.com if you cannot access the app.
