Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you get started.
Learn how access, AI usage, billing, privacy, team accounts, and booking-menu updates work during the beta.
Does Local Marketing Manager publish anything automatically?
No. Marketing plans, copy, images, and booking-menu changes stay in your private workspace until you review and approve them. You can connect an Instagram professional account and intentionally publish an approved image post, but Local Marketing Manager never publishes it automatically.
What is included in each plan?
Starter is $29/month with 20 AI plans, 75 image generations or edits, 1 owned workspace, and 2 total members. Growth is $59/month with 40 plans, 150 images or edits, 3 owned workspaces, and 5 members. Pro is $99/month with 75 plans, 300 images or edits, 5 owned workspaces, and 10 members. Every tier includes Instagram connection and intentional publishing, unlimited QR codes, and the complete campaign, approval, tracking, and reporting workspace.
What happens when I reach an AI limit?
Your saved work remains available. Only new AI generation is paused until the allowance resets on the first day of the next month. Allowances do not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges. VIP accounts may have expanded access set by the administrator.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes. Open Account, Subscription & billing, and Manage billing to schedule cancellation through Stripe. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, access remains available through the displayed date and the plan will not renew. Canceling billing does not automatically delete the account or saved business data.
Are subscription payments refundable?
Except where required by law, monthly charges are non-refundable after the billing period begins and unused time is not automatically prorated. Contact support promptly about a duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or service-related charge. Review the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
What happens when I change plans?
Stripe displays the effective date and any prorated charge or account credit before you confirm a change. Local Marketing Manager updates the plan after Stripe confirms it. The billing portal is also where you update payment details and review invoice history.
How are my business details and brand files used?
They are used to prepare marketing for your own business workspace. Access is limited to approved account members and administrators supporting the service. Review the Privacy page for the full beta policy.
Can the app import services and prices from my booking site?
Booksy links are supported first. Connected Booksy menus are checked for changes, but nothing is saved automatically: you review the preview and choose which services to apply. Other booking providers can be added as compatibility is tested.
Can several people work in one business account?
Yes. A workspace manager can invite team members and assign an appropriate role. Team activity, campaign approvals, and notifications remain connected to the same business workspace.
What should I do if something does not work?
Signed-in customers can use Help & Feedback in the dashboard. Include the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened. If you cannot sign in, use the guidance on the Help & support page.
For the complete payment terms, review the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
